We target precious metals projects that have already absorbed substantial prior investment from major operators, giving us a head start on data, drilling, and infrastructure. ValOre’s flagship, the 100%-owned Pedra Branca PGE+Au district in Ceará State, builds on more than US$35 million and over 30,000 metres of historical work by Anglo American Platinum and earlier operators. We look for high-value mineralization at scale, near surface, with clear room to grow.
ii. Advance with an in-country team
ValOre’s all-Brazilian exploration, permitting, and development team has the expertise and capacity to move multiple projects forward in parallel. We advance assets efficiently through targeted drilling, resource growth, metallurgical testwork, permitting, and engineering studies, prioritizing the deposits with the shortest path to development and the strongest operating margins.
iii. Finance growth through capital markets
Listed on the TSX Venture Exchange with a strong capital markets presence, ValOre has the access to capital and the dealmaking experience needed to fund exploration and pursue accretive acquisitions. The company is supported by an experienced board of directors and by strategic equity partners aligned with long-term value creation.
iv. Realize value through the cycle
