Pedra Branca
A 100%-owned, district-scale platinum group element project in Ceará State, Brazil, hosting a 2022 NI 43-101 Inferred Resource of 2.2 million ounces of 2PGE+Au* and advancing toward a Preliminary Economic Assessment.
ValOre’s flagship asset, Pedra Branca, is a 100%-owned platinum group element (“PGE”) district comprising 45 exploration licenses covering a total area of 51,096 hectares in Ceará State, Brazil. The project hosts a 2022 NI 43-101 Inferred Mineral Resource of 2.2 million ounces of platinum, palladium and gold contained within 63.6 million tonnes grading 1.08 g/t 2PGE+Au.*
ValOre has invested more than US$10 million in exploration and completed over 23,500 metres of drilling, building upon approximately 30,000 metres of historical drilling completed by Anglo American Platinum and previous operators. This work has supported a doubling of the project’s resource base and delineated seven near-surface resource zones, several of which remain open for expansion through further drilling.
Beyond the current resource, Pedra Branca offers substantial district-scale exploration potential along an approximately 80-kilometre mineralized trend. With a Preliminary Economic Assessment targeted for 2026, the project is advancing toward a key development milestone and represents one of the few advanced-stage PGE opportunities outside Southern Africa and Russia.

Pedra Branca sits on the Archean Troia Massif, one of the oldest crustal blocks in northeast Brazil, where the estimated 2.04 Ga Troia Mafic-Ultramafic sequence hosts the district’s platinum, palladium and gold. The mineralization is near-surface across much of the district, a setting that supports low strip ratios and open-pit potential.
Seven resource zones have been delineated to date, several of which remain open along strike and at depth. Each round of drilling has both grown the resource and extended the known footprint of mineralization along the trend.
The district carries one of the deepest legacy datasets in the South American PGE space, built from decades of work by Anglo American Platinum and earlier operators and now integrated with modern structural geology, geochemistry and AI-assisted targeting.
That combination, a large, well-understood ground position with a long data history and meaningful room to grow, is what places Pedra Branca among the few advanced-stage PGE opportunities outside Southern Africa and Russia.
ValOre Metals Corp. (TSX-V: VO) is a Brazilian PGE developer advancing the 100%-owned Pedra Branca platinum, palladium and gold project in Ceará State, Brazil, with a 2.2-million-ounce NI 43-101 inferred resource. A member of Discovery Group, ValOre is building toward an integrated precious metals producer anchored by Pedra Branca and an active acquisition pipeline.
